Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

The trial is free and needs no payment details. It ends by itself after 14 days (or the period we agree with you). If you subscribe, your unused free points carry over. Free points have no cash value.

2. Cancelling the subscription

1. You can cancel at any time in the app (Settings › Billing) or by emailing leadrad@srmgc.in.

2. Your service continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month.

3. When you cancel, we cancel your AutoPay mandate with our payment partner, so no further subscription charges are taken. You can also cancel the mandate yourself in your bank or UPI app.

4. After the account closes you have 30 days to download your data.

3. AI points

1. Points stay valid while your subscription is active and lapse when it ends.

2. Points are not refunded in cash, with two exceptions. If we shut LeadRad down, or end your account when you have not broken our terms, we refund your unused paid points to the original payment method within 15 days of the account closing; the money reaches you within that time.

3. Automatic top-up is notified at least 24 hours before each charge, so you can stop it in time. You can switch it off at any time.

4. Price changes

We give 30 days' notice of any price increase, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Price cuts apply at once.

5. Wrong or duplicate charges

If we charged you twice or by mistake, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 working days of confirming it. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.

6. Invoices and GST

For each refund we issue the GST document the law requires, usually a credit note against the original GST invoice.

7. How to ask

Email leadrad@srmgc.in with your invoice number, or use the Support tab in the app. We reply within 48 working hours (working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm India time).

8. Delivery of the service

LeadRad is delivered online; nothing is shipped. Your account is ready within 1 working day of sign-up, and you receive the sign-in link by email. Paid AI points appear in your account as soon as the payment succeeds.
