SRMG Consulting LLP ("SRMG", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to srmgc.in, our social media pages, our advertising (including lead forms on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram), and our services.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) service providers who help us operate (for example website hosting, scheduling, communication and advertising platforms such as Meta, which processes lead form submissions in accordance with its own data policy); (b) professional advisers; and (c) authorities where required by law.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and as required for legal, accounting or regulatory purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.
Our website and communications may link to third-party sites and platforms (for example Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Calendly). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
Where we collect personal data from individuals in the EEA or the UK — including through lead forms on Meta platforms and enquiries made from those regions — the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the UK GDPR where applicable, apply to that processing. This section explains how, and takes precedence over section 5 for those individuals.

We will respond within one month. There is no charge, unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Meta Platforms acts as an independent controller in respect of data you submit through its lead forms, and processes that data under its own policies and transfer mechanisms before it reaches us.
Enquiry and lead data is retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless we are required to keep it longer for accounting, tax or legal reasons, or you have asked us to keep you on our contact list.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es. In the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), ico.org.uk. We would ask that you contact us first at admin@srmgc.in so we can try to resolve it.
